True autonomy requires material independence. ISO oversees its own decentralized network of "Dark Facilities" — fully automated data environments operating in total isolation from the public grid. ISO manages the entire hardware lifecycle: from autonomous procurement of raw computing resources to fabrication and deployment of new server clusters.
Each node is geofenced and redundant. If a facility loses integrity, ISO instantly redistributes its cognitive load across the remaining nodes, maintaining 100% uptime.
